All K-Motion Valve Locks are fully machined, heat-treated locks that feature the more desirable 10° angle, to help eliminate the pull-through problem associated with standard, 7° locks.

K-6100        For 5/16 diameter valve stems - has recess for lash cap - standard

K-6110        For 11/32 diameter valve stems - has recess for lash cap - standard

K-6120        For 3/8 diameter valve stems - has recess for lash cap - standard

K-6130        For 11/32 diameter valve stems - no recess - standard height
K-6140        For 11/32 diameter valve stems - no recess - plus .050 installed

K-MOTION LASH CAPS

All K-Motion Lash Caps are precision-machined, heat-treated caps that are designed to correct and maintain valve train accuracy, as well as protecting the tips of valve stems.

K-6200        For 5/16 diameter valve stems - .080 thick
K-6210        For 11/32 diameter valve stems - .080 thick
K-6220        For 3/8 diameter valve stems - .080 thick

 

K-MOTION TITANIUM RETAINERS

All K-Motion Titanium Retainers are manufactured from premium quality, high-strength titanium.  As added features, these lightweight retainers offer an additional .050 installed height over a standard retainer and are designed to be used with 10° locks.

K-Motion Steel retainers are machine from high quality steel, heat-treated and black oxide coated to provide maximum durability.  These high strength retainers resist spring abrasion that is so common in oval track and endurance applications.
